You, my readers, have given me so much. Your time, your attention, your thoughts and insights, your encouragement…In less than two months I went from my very first tentative post to over 2500 page views. I am truly humbled and overwhelmed. I feel like I have a whole community of new friends! I know, I don’t get mushy often. J
To show my appreciation I would like to send a small gift to one lucky reader to be randomly drawn from those who respond to this post (or email at the address in the About Me information to the right).
When I hit 3000 I will draw a name and contact you to find out how to mail you my thank you.
Practice Safe, Be Safe, Safe Shooting all!
somehow i suspect that if you keep doing well written and thought provoking posts that those numbers will just keep rising, especially since you seem like a cool lady lol.
ReplyDeleteDon't enter me into the drawing, but I want to say thank you for taking the time to write your posts. They are very, very good.!!!
ReplyDeleteDon't enter me either, but keep up the good work! :-)
ReplyDeleteI am not nearly as refined and polite as OldNFO or that girl with her gun.
ReplyDeleteYou may feel free to shower me with gifts, young lady.
i am new to guns and such and enjoy reading your blog...thank you for entering me
ReplyDeleteWait a minute. You are expecting 3000 entries or 3000 page views?
ReplyDeleteTomorrow is my anniversary, 2 months of writing this blog! I'm so close but I think I may need to wait another day or to to get to the 3000 mark..unless you send all your friends here in the next day! LOL
ReplyDelete"to get to the 3000 mark..unless you send all your friends here in the next day"
DeleteDone. So expect your hit counter to increase by 2. :)
Reporting for duty, SAH!
DeleteYikes! 3000 page views to date...If I got 3000 entries I'd have to get more goodies! LOL
ReplyDeleteYou've grown a lot for only having been posting for two months! Congratulations! Our blog has been up going on two years and we only have half the hits (I like to think it's because we were ahead of our time *grin*).
ReplyDeleteYour contribution to female shooters is excellent - just knowing there's a suport system out there for us make us feel much more comfortable :)
Yep, that must be it, you were ahead of the wave! Thank you for your support. It is comments like yours that make writing this so much fun!
DeleteHit you again from Andy's blog :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm just following OldNFO around...
ReplyDeleteYou two are hysterical!
DeleteOMG, 2946 as of 5:30 am!!! Since I get between 200 and 300 views a day on average, we are going to make it!!!
ReplyDeleteYou are AMAZING!!!
Love your post and admire your courage. Your blog is very influential. As a robbery victim, I was once been gun point to my forehead. I always wonder what would happened if I had a gun or learn some self protection skills. Before the incident, I never thought gun could be use as self protection weapon. Instead, I always thought weapon is there to do harm not protection. After the incident, I change my thoughts about weapon. I think every lady should learn these skills for self protection. I admire your spirit and keep up the good work.
ReplyDeleteWow, thank you! I'm so sorry you had to go through that. Stay Safe!!
