Sometime during the night we crossed 4000! Wow, I am overwhelmed.
I know my content has been a little light lately, but I'm getting the hang of the website, www.nationaltakeyourdaughtertotherangeday.com and the emails are starting to come in fast and furious. Lots of people want to take info to the boards of their ranges to get them to agree to participate.
I'm so excited, on multiple fronts. You have gotten behind this in a huge way, there is so much support, and positive energy, it is what is keeping me going. Thank you. I can't wait to look back on this first year, say 5 or even 10 years from now, and know that we have participants in every state and that there are girls and young women learning to shoot safely, and having fun!
Thank you all so much!!!!!!!!
You should put a link on your side bar to the new website:)ReplyDelete
Congrats on the hits and keep up the good work!ReplyDelete
i love what you are doing...please let Teresa and I know if there is anything we can do to help out.ReplyDelete
Thank you! I'm torn between asking you to volunteer at the event Evan and I are hosting, and encouraging you to try to get your home range to host an event so that we can get the largest possible first year participation.Delete
What would you like to do?
I'll tell you what, we've drummed up some local interest in our territory for mothers and daughters already. I would be willing to bet that we could host a knock-out event at our home range! In our last class, we had a mother, daughter, AND a grandmother taking the class together. We also have had mothers and daughters showing up at our Meetup groups, so I think we'd have no problem bringing people in. You have my email address, right? Send me the details and we'll start organizing for it down here in Stafford!Delete
That would be great! Actually, I don't have your email, I know it is buried in the list of another email. Can you email me directly at Lynne@innovativedefensivesolutions.com and I will send you the packet of info,
Sounds like a great time, definitely would love a photo of 3 generations shooting together!
Lynne...we have a FB page - Pistol Packing Ladies. If you "like" us, you will be able to see the photos of our last class. We have one of the three generations of shooters :-)Delete
